Medical Disclaimer
All clients receiving IV therapy, vitamin injections, or medical grade facial at Glow Uncovered Wellness must complete a Good Faith Exam (GFE) by a licensed provider with prescriptive authority every 6–12 months, or sooner if medical conditions change. The exam is conveniently provided on-site at our suite.
All services are administered by a Registered Nurse (RN) with an order from a board-certified provider. Medical oversight is provided by a Board-Certified Physician and Medical Director licensed in the State of Georgia.
